The house is situated on two levels with large balconies on each level providing fantastic views to the coast. Bird life is abundant with king parrots and rainbow lorikeets visiting regularly to be fed. The upper level has a fabulous BBQ and great outdoor setting for 10 people.
It is a short walk to Mapleton village where you can enjoy fine food from the local historic hotel, coffee shops or fish & chips overlooking the lily ponds.
For those who like to cook the kitchen has a huge stove with gas jets and double electric oven. There is also a large collection of kitchen utensils.
The dining area provides a unique experience with its massive, beautiful table made from a single piece of wood. It seats 12 people.

There are two queen bedrooms and a bathroom on the top level and two queen bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower level. A fifth bedroom containing two king singles is also situated on the lower level.
